Hi to all on this delightful Sunday evening. I will keep this a short blog as most of you will be thinking about relaxing before the new week starts.
As you can see from this picture this is how I have spent the day. I have one of the family dogs and our three guinea pigs, one of the cats pop in from time to time. It has been a very relaxing day for me as I have done nothing but kick back and watch some of my favourite movies from the 1980s, Sixteen Candles; The Truth about Love; Must Love Dogs and Just like Heaven, is just a few of them. And yes I loved them as much today as I did back in the 70/80s. Back when the group would get together, go to the local burger bar for dinner, hit the cinema then off to the local club for the rest of the night.
I need the relaxation as I have to visit with the mental health nurse on Tuesday and that means I have to walk about 3 km there and back and I end up in so much pain. I am closer to getting my desk and room organised and have a ‘to get’ shopping list. I have a couple of my specialist appointments coming up early March which will be good as I will have a better idea of where I stand. So I am starting to get to a point where the doctors will be able to let me know what is happening and what I can do to fix my health.
I am feeling better with the eating plan that Corinne has me on and it is surprising the difference having the three meals a day makes. I am only still managing to organise the one really good one but I am getting the three done each day. I see her this week so I think we should be able to look at getting the two good ones each day done.
I thank you for taking the time to read my words. I hope that you have a wonderful week and are blessed with much goodness.
